Citywalk offers a platform for inspiring young travelers to share their stories. Like always we got another exciting traveler named Fran who is a female travel blogger. Documenting every trip through her Instagram page she keeps her followers up to date giving everyone an absolute wanderlust. Fran is 30 years old alongside with blogging she is a traveler and explorer from England.

She told CityWalk that she has traveled to 12 countries including Greece, Albania, France, Spain, Croatia, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Bosnia, Herzegovina, and Mauritius. Impressive isn’t it?

What’s even more astonishing about Fran is that along with traveling she takes photos of her adventures by herself and anyone can promptly say by looking at her Instagram that all of her pictures are absolutely stunning.

CityWalk asked Fran about what she thought her favorite country was:
Ooo that’s hard but I would have to say Croatia!, Fran says. It has it all! Beautiful coast, beaches, stunning towns, amazing nature, and the friendliest people.

With her Instagram offering snapshots of different countries on her feed now and then, Fran has about 2,242 loving followers which keep on casting up as she travels or posts more and more.

When Fran was asked further about why she liked Croatia she profoundly explained that the architecture, beer, food along with people is truly amazing. Getting lost in the little winding streets is the perfect way to spend the afternoon, she said. According to her, everywhere she went in Croatia was picture-perfect and some of the beautiful islands that she visited were Bol and Jelsa. Fran’s best memory of the country was the day trip to Krka Waterfalls which she described as being “out of the world”. We swam in front of the main waterfalls which was crazy!

Along with her exquisite feed, Fran also has highlights on her Instagram page that have been organized and divided into different countries so whoever wants to see pictures of her trip from some of the specific countries, can simply click on them and get inspired. These highlights are also great for ones who are planning to visit the same countries as her and want to get an idea.

Last but not least for all of our readers and Fran followers, we called on her with the most important question: what tips would she give to her aspiring followers?

I would say to explore like a local! Stay in Airbnb as they really give you a sense of what it’s like to live in the place you’re visiting. Shop at the local supermarkets, explore all the little nooks and crannies of the area, not just touristy areas.

Take lots of photos and I always like to buy a fridge magnet or a small piece of art as it will always remind me of the places I’ve visited 😊.
